The Fine Print:  We cannot accommodate severe food allergies of any kind.  We do not offer dairy-free, egg-free, or vegan afternoon tea.  With notice we can omit pork from sandwich fillings but we do not offer a menu that is free of animal enzymes, which may include pork derivatives.  When requesting vegetarian:  we will omit chicken, ham, pork and beef (we don't serve seafood) from sandwich fillings; we do not offer a menu free of gelatin or collagen.  We can prepare GF (with notice of at least 3 business days) but we cannot accommodate severe gluten allergies or celiac, as we can't guarantee against cross contamination.  Because mayo and onion powder are in many of our foods, requests for no mayo and no onion will incur an additional charge. We never serve seafood.  Pls see our policies re food allergies, for more information.  Pls inform us if you or anyone in your party has a food allergy.  Our menu is predetermined, and as a result, special dietary requests (for example:  requesting vegetarian or GF sammies, no chocolate, etc) require 3 business days notice.  Special dietary requests may incur an additional charge.  Substitutions of any item on the menu may occur without notice.  Toward the end of the month, we often begin serving the new month's flavours.  Afternoon Tea is a set package, and the cost remains the same, with or without tea (the beverage).  dine-in guests who convert to to-go on the day of their reservation are charged the dine-in rate, pp.  Celebrating a birthday? ask about our mini bday chocolate teacup dessert.  If you are pregnant, nursing or have a health condition, we cannot advise you on which teas/herbals to avoid; pls consult a physician.
